Hello Silly Entities!

Time for another daily update on Folly Times.

Captain's Log #

Last night I did 100 races and tried doing some more team tracker update... Only to find out today that NT has started adding Cloudflare Protection on the website... Consider this a major setback for Folly Time's objective with comps wah!

Until then, I do have ideas how to get around it and will be trying it out today. Discord Bots can probably avoid the problem too by using a specific package hehe...

Website Update #

Member Team page with stat tracking is turned off for now.

Competition - Blitz #

Thanks to Nitro Type blocking stat requests, I'm not able to properly track the winner for today. I'm going to still try and host the next blitz (see below for explanation).

Team Update #

Another set of good racing today! Keep up the good work.

Comp Update #

Despite the setback on the comp, I'm still able to run them manually. However I'm going to have to change the format a little bit:

  1. Blitz starts at 8:45AM ET like usual
  2. No new RETURNING Team Members are entered into the comp
  3. Race like usual

This is done because the returning players retain their last Team Race, so I can't calculate the correct score without having to manually download stats every X minutes myself.

The stats is still accessible, but it's protected by Cloudflare which prevents me from retrieving it automatically.

Gold Comp Update #

Again with that setback, I'll have to adjust the format of the gold comp slightly too.
