Hello Silly Entities!

Time for another daily comp while we do daily blitz this week hehe.

Captain's Log #

Today I stopped at 200 races. I had a bit of sickie day with the annoying symptoms from last night wah... But it seems after sleeping forever until 12pm, I had plenty of energy and focus to grind 2x 100 races without degrading my speed hehe. Best part of that feeling is not needing to burst heh. However that means: I had to say good bye to the 110WPM league :( and say hello to racers like um: Who Dis "Join my Team" Player (note to self: come up with better nicknames). I only need one more lvl to finish off the Lvl 30 😢, no rush hehe.

I also did another 25 races on the alt with a higher purpose. I was basically practice being accurate at the cost of speed wah... An Ex-FOLLY member saw right through me and gave up and disqualified! Oh well, until next time? I'm not going anywhere in the 100-120 wpm range 😏.

Website Work #

I quickly updated the blitz page to have the proposed prizes. It's not pretty, but it's there hehe.

I'm also starting to make note that the static website generator is getting slower :P. More pages = more build time hehe. I'll be researching about optimizing that through the new website.

RANT: New Race Update is Awful, I hate Change Part III #

Thanks to my fellow NT Contacts, I had the answers to one of my questions. And I'm not going to answer it here... Definitely was obvious... I'm embarrassed hehe.

I tried counting the slide in animation time when # Session Races shows up... guessing was between 1-3 seconds (2 seconds is my take, but again need stopwatch). While ranting about animations... it's actually fine to do a fade in effect instead. I just want to see the number 😥.

For the Daily Challenges, how about turning that to Secret Mission instead! So if a player happens to completes an secret challenge, ka-boom BONUS! Oh and leave those challenges in the bootstrap.js file so the Youtubers can be like: "OMG LEAKZ LOL SUBSCRIBE PLZ I FOUND LEAKZ I'M HACKER ELITE".

Here is a suggestion challenge idea: You must use *Send (Paper Plane)* Sticker 10 times! (because it's 202X, I have to mention that this is a joke)

Hopefully that's the last of the this series hehe.

Team Update #

Still nice and reasonable grinds today. Slowly dropping in LB, but I kinda expected that. Not sure how far down we'll go though, it'll be interesting to find out by end of the week.
