Hello Silly Entities!

Time for another daily comp while we do daily blitz this week hehe.

Captain's Log #

Last night I did a couple more races after news post and ended up doing 300 races. I noticed I did a trend of doing 50 more races than the previous day... but that's about to end with me stopping at 180 races. I'm going to sleep early again after stay up late twice hehe.

It was a bad grinding session for me wah. My hands were dead like the time when I started grinding lots during spooky comp... It's bad when I start using my upper arm to move the hand hehe. On the bright side, I did get 152 wpm on one of the races.

Same usual suspects at the 110 and 120 league. Had some nice games against um Pro Protoss Player (the Wach paint color looks like Protoss and the display name is kinda like that StarCraft II Protoss player heh hehe). GG cash sent :) well played.

Oh Congratulations Top 10 Racer getting Gold ? #

While hanging around the 110wpm league: Fake Mobile Racer decided to show off the 30K name with Gold woah! To celebrate, I decided to change my usual NT Stickers, sandbag to 100 wpm league and spam Party Popper, NT Gold, and Shock Face stickers! Yay congratulations on 30K and getting Gold within a short amount of time hehe. Not sure if it took the messages too kindly... no sticker response back... tried to "run away" with early Nitro and lag speed time warp magic (thanks internet?) and it eventually started Disqualifying wah... Don't worry, it's a once off thing hehe. Just remember: I'm surely not as bad as um President Spam from the 110wpm league.

Speaking of celebrating gold... Not Final Alt Account racer from the 120wpm league is due for celebrations who also claimed gold too! I mean who wouldn't win gold after doing 800-1600 races a day with repeat racing with 127wpm avg and 97% accuracy (according to another team's stat system, although it did a 116 wpm avg at one point). Don't go away, I'll send you some belated stickers tomorrow hehe.

(Again the following events is fictional based on one side of the story. Nitro Type is about acting emotionless, recruiting multiple people on one account and slaving on the Leaderboard or ruin another racer's hope of claiming Top X. Full concentration is required from the Top 10 racers. Do not disturb them hehe.)

Laugh Looking Sticker = Unfriend #

Today I ran into some racer that felt like lol-ing. But lol nope jk, thought I act salty and unfriend it. Since then it stopped oops hehe. I don't think it was a lousy auto sticker thing but oof, no wonder Fake Mobile Racer might not liked the celebration stickers wah.

(NOTE: This incident occurred before the celebrating gold sticker moment and might had been a source of inspiration on doing it. The unfriending bit was a prank to confirm whether it was auto stickers or not)

Website Work #

Last night, I've been "reviewing" the database and had a few ideas to optimize the speed for upcoming calculated points.

But that kinda means I might have to start the "Maintenance Page" moment when launch begins wah... Like Travis on Nitro Type, I breaks things too wah... Worst case scenario: I delete all past stats hehe.

Right now, I'm not ready to roll some updates. I'm still playing around with the database and might start converting some of the code to use another Database Library (apparently better :/ hmm). Let's just say: "stuff generating models".

Today I also had some interesting feedback about NT Team Stat cache reset times... I haven't confirm it, but I wonder if it will really work hmm. Worth a shot.

About Top 50 #

It seems trying to be in Top 50 is hard effort now-a-days wah... so I thank you all for trying really hard :) these past 2 weeks.

We'll try to maintain our presence on the LB a while longer and reclaim Top 50 once people are over the season or daily challenges hmm (or stop botting hehe?).

Officer of the Month Election #

I wanted to send out the election ballet today, but I'm really tired again thanks to the late night grinding and dev work. I'll be doing it tomorrow, please stand by.

Results for that election will be announced Sunday 9:30AM EDT.

(ps. let me know when daylight savings is over... I just like to take advantage of the 12 hour difference hehe).
