Time for another daily news.
Captain's Log #
Today I only had time for 100 races wah. I also learned that Summer is approaching in Australia with the sunset glaring through my face during my after work racing...
Also no comment on "Obey the System!" eh I mean Daily Challenge. 98% accuracy with mentally fatigued developer racing with sun glare... and of course the usual suspects.
Might sleep after this news post, but we'll see.
"I'll be Back" Sticker On Shop #
It's like Nitro Type admins have read my post about my use of "I'll be Back" sticker hehe. Make sure to buy it and let us all convey our feelings on the race track... But lol nope jk, no one using the sticker wah.
Speaking of that, of course I used it today. One particular FOLLY Member might had saw me used it on my last race hehe.
Oh and if Nitro Type admins are reading this: Please sell more Paper Plane stickers, trails and cars! Especially the car. Asking for a "friend" hehe.
Website Work #
Not much to report on, apart from setting up Your a wizard harry comp page :)
Last Night I didn't end up sleeping and just did a bit of "refactoring" on the stat system. Slowly regretting this, but oh well. I'm at the step at applying stat storage logic changes.
Other Dev Things #
Today I thought I quickly see if I can write another Tampermonkey script to let's just say: "ignore the world"...
Maybe such script exists, but nah, it's more a challenge for me to make it hehe.
This one might be a bit hard though, few things getting in the way:
- Tracking
ReactJSState on the race container live (I have ideas, but want to get the JavascriptProxyto track it, the best I could come up with wassetTimeoutwah) - Drawing on the existing Race Canvas with overlapping (?); although not a huge deal, it's optional
But again, I have other priorities wah...

Your a wizard harry is hosting a separate blitz from Monday, 1st November 9:30AM EDT to Saturday, 6th November 9:30AM EDT.
Same rules as our daily blitz, most races win. Me and harry won't be in it.

TIL: Season Leaderboard API Data #
I took a peek at the Updates Page and just only learned that Nitro Type has setup an API to track Season Leaderboard for teams woah.
Perhaps we should try staying Top 100 this season hmm. If we do well enough, I'll consider a bonus reward.
While on that subject, I might consider collecting the Leaderboard API data and decorate the website with "Top X" team badge hehe.
TIPTOP Ally Event #
Truth be told, I haven't been proactive on this yet. But I'm hoping to get the format, rules etc in before arranging the date.
I think we'll aim a bit later. Sorry! Would be nice to also do the stat system first but we'll see.
