Hello Silly Entities!
Time for another daily news.
Captain's Log #
Last night I stopped at a total of 200 races (I forgot how much exactly I did since last news post, 100 I think).
Today I have done 200 races so far, while testing my "Ignore the World" script with Muting Racers hehe. It's so good, that I don't care if my hands were dead today (which it wasn't too bad).
"Ignore the World" script Part III #
Last night and today, I decided to quickly add in the mute users. After writing lots of failed logics, forgetful purpose of my vague variable names... I finally got it working.
"Hi there President Spam, MUTE!" What you see on the top is the logs of President Spam trying to auto sticker spam... but my console logs do say "mute" on it hehe.
A few races later... "What President Spam? I can't hear you. Are you talking to my hand?"
While the racer probably has no idea (and probably literally because... oops, let's not imply accusations on my posts hehe).
Oh and btw, yay stickers on the "chatroom"!
Feature: Block Racers #
But Silly. Why you showing muted usernames on the chat? Out of respect to other players, I still want to communicate to other players :)
But... block user feature is coming! Once that goes into my script, let's say: Big Tech woke up and came to help me deal with cyberbullies hehe.
Other Feature Ideas #
While doing the script... I manage to find the race streaming data. Part of me wants to make a graph on how fast I went at some parts of the text and analyze the other racers hmmm.... Ideas ideas ideas hehe.
Q: Can you share the script? Part II #
I had one email from a FOLLY Member asking for the script. Sorry, still not ready yet. The way I do this is a bit of a performance hog... I'm still tweaking things, adding minor stat features etc.
I will admit, I'm putting in too much features just to block out the racetrack hehe. I might make a quick tiny version of that and publish it. Only after I work out how to make use of Javascript's MutationObserver and maybe using Proxy a bit better hmm...

Reasonable grinding again. But was it enough to come back to Top 50? hmmm....
When you know you aren't Top 50 Again #
When members start leaving team wah... I did kick a few, so I'm guessing at least 3 people (?).
When you know you are Top 50 Again #
Applicants applying again... Part of me wants to check the ones that came back were the ones that left before... If you are one of those people, please send me a "sorry" email hehe. While I don't mind Team Hoppers, I can't stand seeing it because of some Top 50 team badge wah...
I might go check the team hoppers log on my stats system (hidden feature hehe).
(don't worry, I'm not that petty usually, just like to express it to avoid bottling things ._.)
Speaking of Applying Again #
Original Foundling one of the First Five members has dropped me an email and is able to do some races again for FOLLY!
