Time for another daily news.

Captain's Log #

Last night I did another 100 races (50/50) before going to bed. Today I only had time for 200 races (100 per account). Work still dragging me down.

Also didn't really get to do much work on stats... but I did get to play around with hosting the collection on another server. But only because...

Analyzing Cheaters #

A few posts back, I keep trying to keep my mouth shut about some exploit and trying to learn about the story. It was an obvious exploit that I never bothered to test in months since working around the dead servers back in May. Imagine my shock that the exploit actually works wah...

I tried to research this and it's supposedly a known thing and Nitro Type can't do anything about it. I wish Nitro Type support would say something :/

Today I decided to check that recently unbanned racer and yep, definitely on my "sus" list. I'm collecting all the grinds within 10 minute intervals and yeah... definitely doing the exploit to get those grinds in some parts of the day...

I'm going to write down a bunch of super grinder and see how many are actually doing it. My guess: just the one... but we'll see.

Why am I so obsessed about it? #

Why should they get away with cheating? I could easily just tell everyone how to do the same tricks.

When it comes to disliking trash, there's a tier:

  1. Cheating to troll
  2. Cheating to troll and pretend you stopped cheating
  3. Cheating to stroke your ego and get popular

IMO, that person falls under category 3, and that's the worst. They are scums and the people that support them are not too far off that spectrum (imagine, people saying Free this dude, but don't think about why banned smh). All they have to do is look at the total races in 1 day and think real hard about it. Account Sharing? Yeah right, with that number?

What number is it again? 2600+ so far, I also saw 3600+ another day ago. Today I already counted a few 45 races in 10 minutes at 116-ish wpm... it's really that bad (it happened during my morning period though).

So yes, SMH Top Teams for allowing them in your team. SMH for having trash as officer. I hope to avoid having this type on my own team... It's hard, I've seen too many top teams having at least one sus type on the team.

And you know what sucks about this? #

Nitro Type is doing absolutely nothing about it. So I'll ask the support once again:

Almost want to curse tbh. I think this is a cheat :/

What's this: "Not enough proof?", nonsense, look at the team races within 10 minute increments, you think this is simple account sharing?

What's this? you want me to capture this racer on video? Sure, I'll try my best :/, but hey I offered to show the exploit anyway. Just assuming it's "common knowledge" among the "Nitro Type Community" :/

With that, I'll shut up hehe. Seriously, do something about this or at least reply to my report :/. I haven't wrote anything agro on it like on this rant.

I guess no rush, it's only Monday hehe shrugs.

And to the accused #

If I'm wrong, well oops :/ but you did get banned and you also once lost your Top WPM (reasons unknown?)... so yeah.

Oh and my guess: you are account sharing and one of them is doing it. Worst guess case: you are still botting lol.

Team Update #

I saw the 2000+ count once again, good work! I hope my less than usual races today don't impact it too badly. I know I can count on you to help out! Otherwise broom? hehe.

Let's see if I can start working on stats and the next comp soon. Definitely want to take advantage of the Gold Discount amirite? hehe. However, I got to find more time and wish I had better sleeping habits... I will do my best! Wish me luck!
