Time for another daily news.

Captain's Log #

Last night, I did a couple of extra races and reached 350 races. Today, I've done 280 races so far... More comp playing and trying to work on accuracy hehe.

Hope I'm not causing problems to my fellow GMT+8 Hour timezones such as Hong Kong, Malaysia and of course my location Perth hehe...

Xmaxx 2021 Comp Website Status #

Last night I quickly added in the blitz result table. It was kinda broken though wah... so I fixed it during the morning. There's some other things to fix on the website.

Balancing the Bonus Multiplier Day 4 #

Today I had a look at the bonus times. It looks alright to me... but I went ahead and manually change a few multipliers around. You should at least be able to see 1-2 x8 bonuses within the 4 hour gap.

Next Up: Stat Graphs #

I might start adding in graphs on the page. But what kind of graphs? hmm...

Yesterday I mention adding in a multiplier forecast. I might do that too.

Or I might fall asleep hmm hehe.

Not here to gloat someone's ban Part II #

SMH, once again and perhaps final... What's that nickname again?... Botted500RacesBecauseAtSchoolAndImDesperateButNoBigDealWontDoItAgainLol got the "perm" ban treatment. Same reason... botting and also exploiting grinds.

This time, said racer did a Youtube Video about being banned and making it some "farewell" and "don't do what I did" story (I didn't fully watch tbh)...

With that, I definitely don't need to gloat. But I'll just make one note about his comment (paraphrasing):

I let Nitro Type know about the exploit, no response so far...

Well... most likely guess... I reckon multiple people already said this way back... it's not that hard to figure out how someone can do so many races with or without bots. But I feel somewhat responsible for making that slightly more available (hint hint hehe).

So yeah, no response too just: We'll have a look...

Hate to ask but... Any UPDATES Nitro Type Team?

Oh and while I'm on this topic... #

Previously, I was looking at other Super Grinders to see the max possible races possible within 10 minutes. That research was indeed regarding the Xmaxx Comp Big Comp hehe.

In my experience, I can do 15-16 races every 10 minutes at best according to stat tracking. All that comes down to manually refreshing races early though...

Userscript: MOTD Ban Word Reason #

Friendly Neighborhood agentgarbo had advised me on another ban word and that a certian officer from a very known Top Team had trouble figuring out that on MOTD.

It's one of the worst annoying places to check... the generated UUID on the URL hehe. Also sometimes you might get unlucky on bit.ly and get the devil number hehe.

But anyway... I might release that script soon if it's still working. The only thing remaining is just adding a public dictionary and stripping out some puncturation for better check usage.
