Time for another daily news.

Captain's Log #

Today, I only had time for 100 races. Most of my day was spent celebrating Christmas at Work yay! I might be doing some more or just doing more web work.

On better news, I'll be having day off Tomorrow, although might do a bit of last minute Christmas shopping... for myself hehe (no don't send the ghosts plz!).

Imagine my shock when: "Someone from Queensland got the Cough and went to Nightclubs...". Thanks to our wonderful decisions by the State Government and Health Officials... Masks On in public indoors plz! What's that? you got 2 pokes? lol sorry you're at risk.

Now when I say: "Imagine my shock", it's always near some holiday...

At least no lockdowns yay? hehe.

Xmaxx 2021 Comp Website Status #

Same same, graphs blah blah hehe(s) :P. But yeah, I definitely need those by end of the comp to award more things :)

Balancing the Bonus Multiplier Day 6 #

Had a quick look today, I fixed a few times today. I think there's a bit more x8 today hmm hehe.

Another Outage Blitz Wah #

Today the blitz between 11:50 PM to 12:00 AM EST had error wah... During that time, Nitro Type seemed to report some error page in HTML. I have no idea what that page said, it could be Cloudflare, could be "Oops Travis Broke Something"...

Actually now I think about it... I wonder if it's to do with the Daily Challenge update? hmm... This is the first time this happened. The other outage was a 15 second timeout fail.

All grinds were passed on to the next blitz time. Sorry about that, not much I can do about it. It was a x1 multiplier anyway hehe.

Userscript: MOTD Ban Word Reason Part II #

Last night, when I wrote my MOTD... I ran into the good ol, "MOTD might be offensive" (paraphrasing) wah... I tried playing Where's Waldo but lol nope jk, didn't see it.

So I decided to test my userscript again hehe. It took a couple of guesses to find it... but here's the problem!

How tricky was that? You can hardly see that:

I've let friendly neighborhood agentgarbo about it for their MOTD research purposes hehe.

PS. Don't look up or read the the word kids... Although not sure what it means... but I'm guessing it's when you read said word :/

Originally I was going to add dictionary checks but I'm lazy hehe (partly to do with how annoying it is to write regexp for the above).

I might simply just release this soon (with some minor UI design fixes). Stay tuned.

Team Update #

Another 2000+ mark reached yay! At first, I thought we hit under, but as I'm writing this news post, we were just at the 2000 mark.

Thank you team! I would of done a bit more than 100 today... but thanks!

1 week break after comp anyone? Part III #

I have received 2 emails about this. Also I guess I'll count the other member too aka. Folly Times, who changed their name about holiday hehe.

Let's chill at the end of the comp. I'll still run daily blitz and I'll do a couple of 100-ish daily races.

Coming Up: Monthly Officer Election #

We'll do another election during the chill period. I guess let me know if you have any attentions of leaving the team after the comp, so I can avoid adding people that left.

I'll probably just wait a day or two to do this though.
