Captain's Log #
Last night I did another 100 to maintain my consistent 200 daily races. Today I've done 150 races so far and will do another 50 soon.
More brooming and dev work (more like brainstorming wah...).

Team Update #
Barely holding in the 4 digit number on Last 24hr Race counts... It's weekend I guess.
Another Pep Talk about Inactive Members #
I've broomed a couple of people today.
I also have plans to review my "Do Not Kick" list (btw this wasn't a forever thing).
A few factors let me decided to rant about this again... Let's just say I'm not impressed lately with some of the "inactive" emails. Another that annoyed me was seeing a foundling member repeatedly coming back and doing 0 races, and I kick again (ps. I still remember that email about leaving because of my team not being "competitive").
I'm going to lay out some hints:
- If you are inactive with promise to race again, you better prove your worth (eg. make up the lost races) or just leave and come back (preferably join another allied team of mine and help them hehe).
- Do good grindings in the past, I'll avoid kicking for a couple of days/weeks (depending on the worth)
- Trick me with 1 random race on a random day and throwing me off with "Last Activity" on Nitro Type Teams page... and yeah I'm not going to be happy

I have nothing to offer to those that don't contribute to the team.
Daily Req: 25 races
I'm so close to adding the rule some other teams does: "X races day one, or kicked"... Which I'm sort of doing but not seriously enough.
Q: What was the daily req again? #
25 races. To most, that's 20-30 minutes worth of racing.
Q: I got kicked but I was really on break? Can I come back? #
Yes, but only if you are actually racing. Getting kicked from the team doesn't mean I'm banning anyone (most of the time). This is a team daily comp based team, not a "Top X" team. Being Top X is nice though hehe.
Q: Why are you being so mean about inactivity? Wah sobs #
I want this team to grow with everyone involved. My team's goal is having a minimum of 1250 races every day. I wish to spend more time on developing the website and future comp systems instead of having to do extra grinds.
Fortunately we have a couple of good active members on this team so far, but I feel bad for them when other members don't contribute.
Please do your best and spend some time racing for this team. I'm not asking a lot and I hope to not ask a lot.
