Hello Silly Entities!
Time for another daily news! News posts from today will be a bit slower as I deal with Special Blitz Week hehe.
Captain's Log #
During the blackout last night... I drove back to work instead of opening the front door and worry about alarm system (nothing to fear... it's timer delayed silly!)... Yep I'm that logical sometimes hehe :/, but hey, at least I could do news posts etc. I also dropped 25 races on "Zen" hehe.
Today I've only done 150 races today (75/75 split races). Didn't go to the dark side where I had my special auto refresh multi window script running (you know that script that reloads the other account's race when I'm 75% done with the other test hehe...).
Almost at 40K on my "chaos" account hehe (200 more races to go).
I decided not to do overtime for the game project today... It's a waste of my time I never got involved during the early days. If they really wanted me to do work on it, at least make it more team work friendly :( (or me stop being anti social hehe).

Nah jk hehe. Real reason: Trying to get the raffle comp setup... imagine this team being more high priority than work that pays real cash :/.
Today I only had time for 165 races today (90/75 split races). Raised a few eyebrows inside the office as "Chaos" hehe...

Within reasonable count again. It seems like other teams are grinding a bit stronger than my favorable count hmm... #ExposeTheOnlyWantTop50Badge hehe.
The Makings of Folly Times Part I #
Back when I was in LDT. I secretly had an alt account that was racing for our first ally: STACL. It wasn't too much of a secret as I did show it off on my Youtube page hehe...
Then one day, I thought: "I'll make my own team..." :/ So I did. Originally I just wanted the tag name FOLLY and raise people's eyebrows (before I knew no one gives a s hehe). It wasn't operating as I was still an LDT member mostly...
The Name Silje #
Before I started operating this team, the name was "FollyCakes". But because of the tag name, I had to change it to something else... And I already know what based on my ideas hehe.
Some of you might remember my post about wanting a mascot character and how Silje is actually one of my fictional characters. The name Silje is a pun for Silly and is a Norway Girl's name... (based on some classmate I knew of). The word "Folly" is part of the fictional story line and is just a "line" she repeats.
All those recurring words #
Let's review all of Captain Silje's recurring words:
- "Hehe" - Is partly another line of Silje's but in the "other story" it's "haha". I opt for "hehe" in reference to Rune Factory 4. The english dub character Amber voice doing "hehe" is funny :P
- "Yay" - Same origin as above, not part of the Silje character's profile in my story
- "Wah" - Simply rhyming "yay"
- "lol nope jk" - A line from "The World Ends With You: Final Mix" character Coco
- "GLHF" - Common game message: "Good luck, have fun", commonly seen on games like Starcraft II
I wonder what other lines I said on news posts hmm hehe.
