Hello Silly Entities!

Time for another daily news!

Captain's Log #

Today I did 50 races and played Rune Factory 5... aka laggy farming and rpg game :/ It's a interesting change of things from the previous 4 games so far... (4th still the best though). There's a bunch of annoying gameplay problems for me... eg. save menu... those "selected" button coloring confuses me (maybe I'll screenshot this another time) and picking up items is ugh. But still worth trying out for another day hehe.

New Wave of Botters Meh Ok Part II #

After getting the "intel" from agentgarbo, I was hoping for something a bit funnier from the teamless botters... like the bots racing each other via friend race hehe. Then perhaps no one can notice anything? Or I guess that's too easy to detect ban-able offences hehe.

Oh why am I suggesting evil things? Because minding my own business :/ and perhaps it'll encourage Nitro Type to do something about it... Although it's probably not a simple thing to resolve hmm... Although for that particular botting case... yeah NT please try harder hehe, what was it... 2 days for them to to take action? (or even a week?)

So yep, I'll race as usual and "ignore the world" with my "Safe Space" script hehe. I don't need to see garbage, just on my own team page will suffice.

Userscript Ideas: Top 300 Player LB :/ #

I've told 2 people it can't be done... and it still can't really be done. But I wonder if we should do a "data sharing"... Here's the idea:

  1. I create a userscript that records your races and against players from Top 300
  2. If Top 300 found, sends the racer profile to me via something :/ (as a bonus, I could attempt to display the rank on the race track)
  3. System records the player
  4. Create a new leaderboard section to show Top 300 :/

Although doing this will be kinda uncool to a certain racer that did a spreadsheet on this... So perhaps just send the data to said racer?...

IDK, need a raise of hands of interested people. And there's also the "trust" issue :/ although, probably harmless if getting spam?

Haven't bothered to check racing counts... I'll check tomorrow, and guessing it's a low count because weekend or other people copying my excuse and playing Rune Factory 5 (don't lie "kids" hehe :/)
