Time for another daily news on our 1yr Old Temporary Website! Yay!
Captain's Log #
Today I did 75 races to even out the 50s. Did a little "poking" on the race track... all for a test reason hehe :/
Userscript: Race Results Enhancements #
I'm trying to add in a feature where I can see how far a racer completed the typing test before... rage quitting? It is working, but I need to also test various factors like me finishing 1st and seeing rank changes happen etc... It's an annoying thing to develop because I'm using existing HTML nodes and custom nodes... and when Disqualify happens, all metrics are usually hidden... let's just say, complicated :/
As usual, not many "REAL" racers online during my after hours grind... so I had to take the L and... p*** off some racers using the good old "Sus" sticker... Antics include:
- Send Sus sticker, sitting on finishing line and beat racer
- Next race, sticker: "Good Race", "Sus", "Laughing Sticker"
Ouch, the player was not impressed... responded with that head spinning sad face sticker hehe. As planned, mid way through the race after going "fast", boom Disqualified and wah... need to fix bugs on the userscript hehe.
Oh and to the offended player... Thank you for being such a good sport! GG cash will be sent after a special day :) and tell your gold beggar captain I said "hi".
Userscript: Ghost Cursor #
Decided to do the "Ghost" racing cursor... Below you'll see a subtle "underline" below the "fastest opponent" position.
Unfortunately there's limitations like how it only updates every 1 second as intended on Nitro Type.
The only clear advantage of using this script is know roughly where the opponent is at on the typing test. Another use case for me is, sandbagging by going fast and gauging who else was sandbagging hehe.
Nitro Type, I saw you "changed that" #
Oi, teaching.com folks, fix bugs on Nitro Math and not Nitro Type... Think you thought I would not see your change on the race setup data! My custom Safe Space has a feature to tell me which racing league I'm on... why did you go OCD and change speed to score, actually... why that wording?
I also do wonder if they fixed something else... maybe something I reported on :/...
Oh well, banter dev me at it again :/ hehe.
1yr Anniversary Temporary Website #
Yay? One day, I'll dream of a better featured website hehe...
I give up: I'll unbox the Switch OLED #
A couple of months ago, I bought a Switch OLED, but never opened it and used it hehe... Was like: "can't be bothered"... After moving into a new office (less dust for screen protector hehe) and having a laggy experience on Laggy Farming RPG Game... decided to finally use the Switch OLED.
I don't think it'll improve things, but now I'll have a more interesting experience on handheld maybe hmm... (testing after news!)

I think the next comp will be related to "Math" to celebrate the upcoming of "Nitro Math" :/
But how to incorporate that as a competition? hehe. More to come...

New Allies??? #
Today I've allied with Team API! Woah, what an epic tag name (as a developer hehe)... Long story short... some dude named "Gavin" was like (Paraphrasing): "Hi Silje, you botting lately? When did you become so accurate? your usual 95% to 97.5% is bs dude..."
So I told him: "Nice try, I'm peaceful Zen now!"
The following day, got a reply... "NO NO NO, I DIDN'T MEAN IT! I'm a huge fan! I LIKE EVERYONE! Wanna ally?... also can you gift me gold and stat tracker? Thanks! Again, I'm soooo sorry! I keep accusing my favorite team and players of botting, but my heart is like: "I LOVE YOUR TEAM"! Forgive me!"
So I was like: "oh what a cool dude, I'll ally"... but gold and stats?... yeah IDK hehe... sound like that other team... what was that team called again? Adventuring, Fishing and Camping team? (if you are from Australia, it's a joke reference of a store called BCF: Boating Fishing and Camping)
Anyway... that team could use some help... feel free to join if my team is full "Ok"? hehe.
