Captain's Log #
Today I bruised up my left hand wrist. But still did 100 sloppy races for this team :/
What Happened to my Left Hand? #
Being the Early Bird, I entered the new office, tried to turn on the lights around 6:30am ish... thump the shelve... and APRIL FOOLS, Giant Face Clock starts falling down...
Out of reaction, I prevented it from falling down by letting it land on the side of my hand between the thumb and wrist... But lol nope jk, clock is heavier than it seemed :/
I don't think I've sprained anything, but I have a "lump" wah... Typing performance? Can still type. The only pain that gets in the way is usually from using the thumb to press "Alt" or "Win". What's this? Who uses "Alt"? Me? I'm have lots of key shortcuts on my Linux setup to manage my windows... Oh and the Alt key is really the Win key swapped around hehe...
I digress... As of now, it's slowly getting better, so maybe all good tomorrow hehe.

Userscript: Race Timer or... Evil Sandbagging Script #
I've been making various tweaks on the script to become a complete "loser" on the 75-80wpm League hehe.
First one was, accounting for the race results latency... I fixed this by subtracting the start time around 130ms (the most common avg lag. Now I have a bit more precision hehe.
But wait, this one is another kicker!
Instead of looking at the timer, why not make a WPM countdown instead!
So that's what I did as shown here:
My initial idea was that looking at the WPM going down is easier to watch than milliseconds pass by hehe. Perhaps the WPM countdown can be another userscript called "WPM Alt Metrics" (similar to that of Accuracy Metrics) hmm hehe.
Idea: Sandbag until 50k on main? #
I'm thinking of getting 50K on my main... and to act like a sus player hehe. Decisions decisions hmm... Maybe do the 3141 race session this weekend? hmm hehe.
Some Trivial Notes #
"Silly, why are you being mean?"
Well couple of things came to mind. First was "Fools Week".
Another was a memory from last year... There was some racer named... um nickname?... I love Jesus and Fire? Basically some good player decided to sandbag in various leagues and aiming for accuracy. Everytime I raced him, I would be like: "oh f*** off, always waiting at the finishing line"...
The final note is "L" means "Loser" :P So if you see me with "L", it means I'm a loser and it's okay to spam "Thumbsdown" hehe. Just do one favor though: disqualify midway during races! I'm testing the race result userscript changes... hehe. Today's name "Toonidy Defiant L" is a reference to a Twitter account that points out hypocrisy. And guess what? I'm one of them hehe (opposite of not using nitros and sandbagging).

Userscript: Ghost Racer #
Previously, I mention writing up a userscript to point where the fastest racer is at on the Typing Test. I'll probably publish this one soon after tweaking the "design". It really serves as a companion to "Safe Space" where I'm not looking at racers above.

Today was a shocker... and probably the most accurate I've seen on the counter... Sunday night or something? Is it Spring Break in USA?
Not impressed :( it really deters me from running big comps and more daily rewards.

This dream won't probably happen... but willing to plan a week where we aim for a Top 10 spot. Unfortunately, during that time, broom will be required hehe.

Usually everytime I read one of those, it's really: "Nah not really going to do 25 races"... So nope, don't want to hear that!

PS. I wrote a userscript to show Lvl, so don't pretend to have a long lifetime race history but not active in seasons hehe...
