Hello Silly Entities!

Time for another daily news! But sadly it's a long one to cover the Easter Break hehe.

Captain's Log #

During the break, I didn't do much racing, just 25-50 ish. Instead I asked "L Toonidy" to grind for this team hehe.

Long Session Easter Grind #

Good Friday #

I decided to try the long session attempt on my Main Account. I decided to give up at 1010 races because another part of my day involved writing new userscripts for the "Proof I'm Legit" screen recordings hehe.

Easter Sunday #

Originally I was only going to do one Long Session... but I aimed higher and decided to do one here. Inspired by ack! attempts to do a Pi Session... I took on that challenge hehe.

From what I knew, Pi Session is doing 3141 Session Races! It was done by Captain of ELV (you can check this by looking at his profile on the hidden data section hehe).

Pi Session #

Normally a Super Grinder would do at least 1200+ races a day... But with 3141, you need to be racing for more than 24 hours wah (1 hour = 100 races if auto refresh and staying top of speed range)...

On Friday and Saturday, I've decided to do some "researching" hehe.

Refresh Races Experimenting #

Auto Refresh aka The Dark Side was important. While I don't like it... it's still forgivable (or I'm a hypocrite hehe).

Since I wrote the "Split Racing Auto Refresh" private script... I've been trying to find out how to make Refresh load a little faster. I knew there's "something" I could use, but no ideal way of activating it.

My goal was simply to:

Load the page, but don't start the race OR Trigger New Race using JS

Originally I tried forcing a "re-render" on the race section, but lol nope jk, it's not that easy :/

But on Saturday, I remembered: "Doesn't Mobile force you to tap the race box to Race?"... I went and simulated "Mobile Mode" and did note: It did connect to the real time server AND not started a new race.

So with that, I wrote a "Auto Refresh" script that relies on having Two Race Page Tabs opened in Mobile Mode hehe. HOWEVER: if one were to open 2 tabs, the User Stat data becomes "stale" wah (smh Redux Persist?)... So I made changes to my "Racing Stats" script to only pull in the latest race result data hehe.

But was there any benefit? It seemed that way by at least a minute... But NGL, more testing could be done.

The Grinds... #

I decided to try and do all the races within 79 WPM using my "Evil Sandbagging Tool"... It was smooth sailing until 1600 races... Not even typing slow helped. The main problem was the "concentration" from wanting to go to sleep wah. I failed to maintain 79WPM past 2200+ races... and I didn't bother "sandbagging" further.

Throughout the grinds, I had 4 Energy Drinks! While it did help for at least 30 minutes, I was basically typing like a "Zombie" :/ I even forgot I was playing Nitro Type... just "Typing" hehe.

I also started getting "grumpy" :/ Throughout the races, I kept running into the AGNCY group... the stickers was... ugh... I was so close to DMing: "Hey stop using stickers" :/. But fortunately, that's why I wrote "Safe Space"... and "Muted" one of them hehe. NO HARD FEELINGS! I'm tired...

Around the 3100 mark. I tried typing fast again, but lol nope jk, I could only go between 95-110 ish...

The Final Race #

Initially I thought there would be no one to join my race. But fortunately not the case, had a few friends online.

And yep, I recorded most of the races from 0 to 3141... So GLHF trying to accuse me of "Botting"... Don't put me on the same level as that... um "Botted500RacesBecauseImAtSchoolAndDesperate"... Hoping to find a couple of clips and making it a: "Toon Sketch Show" episode hmm... (maybe?)

Question to anyone - Racer Names #

Does Nitro Type now generate a random default name when signing up using other site auth?

I've been seeing racers that basically say:

Adjective - Noun - Animal

EDIT: I think I meant to say Adjective - Adjective - Animal (but middle being color?)

eg: PricklyVioletMarmoset

At first, was like: "Is someone generating bot racers from that name?" but it seems like that member is on my team :/

Funny enough, at work, we have a package that generates names like that...
