Time for another daily news!
Captain's Log #
Last night I did another 50 races zen races to test comp system. Today I did another 50 zen races and might do a bit more while testing.
For the comp, I need to create a simple page to show the leaderboard. My web design skills aren't the best but we'll see something later today ideally. See below for more info about Event A.
Casual Friend Race Mode? But what about May 26th? #
Having look at "OMG LEAKZ I R YOUTUBERZ" shop, not looking hopeful for May 26th shop items... Why :( do you forsake me Nitro Type...
Instead I'm hearing from the Grapevine and Youtuberz: a new friend race mode hehe. You got your wish live streamers doing friend races :/
NOW DO MINE! :( MAY 26TH PAPER PLANE LOOT DO IT! JUNE 1ST T-REX DO IT! And more ban waves pls (eats popcorn at seeing new bans)...
PS. I love paper planes, not cats or dogs... Don't mind me saying that out loud hehe.
And also... wonder if I need to make changes to Safe Space hmm :P

Competition - Paper Plane Event! #
Starting tomorrow MAY 26TH 9:30 AM EST! We're starting a new big comp featuring Paper Airplanes! Why? It's National Paper Airplane day hehe.
We'll start the first week with our standard "Most Points Wins". Here are the prizes:
Most points from the following category:
- 1x Nitro Type Gold to Non Gold Member
- 1x 125 mil to Already Gold Member
Along with that, we will have Top 10 Prizes for Gold and Non-Gold.

Event B (Paper Planes vs Dinosaurs) still in development, ideally aiming the following week but it'll be tough! Ideally I put more prize for Event A as it's the more grindy type. Event B will be a casual game of chance and fun, while experimenting with new comp ideas for any Nitro Type Team to play around with.

ack! has finished of the remaining 25 races and we had a Multi Colored Lacan race to celebrate it hehe.

Alliance with BARON #
Today after checking out some new website from BARON, it seemed our ally status was still pending. I've happily accepted!
A good team with a fast captain hehe. I personally gifted Gold and hopefully we'll see the team rise again.
PS. I have a soft spot for other players that do programming as a hobby or job :P Maybe someone make a "Discord Server" filled with other developers hehe :/
