Added a 3 column section under the news to show Daily Blitz Winners, Officers and Allies.

• Nav bar will highlight the button the user is currently on
• Random Text Changes
• Random Color Fixes
• Changed Title Font... logo coming soon

• Dedicated Ally Team Page highlighting reason for alliance and Ally Events
• Team Allies Page with more info about status
• Team Affiliate Page which contains list of teams I want to advertise
• Folly Times Policies (yay? hehe?)
• Fix Post Dates to show timezone
• (INTERNAL) easier way to post comp winners
